These terms are an agreement between the user (you) and the application's developper (cmatic). Read them carefully, they apply to the piece of software you downloaded on the store including any updates or add-ons of the app. By downloading it you subscribe to these terms of use.
Permissions requested by Message in a bottle
The application can require some permissions (access to files on your phone or to your camera) to allow you to publish photos you want to publish within the app.
Except for this use case, message in a bottle will never keep on its server any content from your phone local files.
The app needs an access to your google's account data only to provide push notifications, to keep you warned when someone answers to a message you follow.
No data from you account is kept on our server in any way.

Message in a bottle needs you to create an account, solely to be able ton keep track of your messages across app uninstalls or to synchronize your data between several devices running on different systems.
To this extent, message in a bottle will ask you your email address, to enable you to recover your password in case of loss. Message in a bottle is committed to respect your privacy and never divulg to any third party this address.

your bottles and comments must in any case be harmful or offensive et must respect people. For any posted photo, you must have authorization from any person present on the photo (or owner of the photo) and dispose of required rights for its spreading.
